Goodnight

Goodnight…

 

I can’t really say much else than goodnight,

For I don’t really want you to sleep tight,

As I hope you’ll be dreaming of me tonight,

And waking with thoughts of me on midnight,

All the way til time for morning twilight.

For I won’t be able to sleep tight,

As I’ll be awake over midnight
